Delete your GreenKeeper cloud account

Local-only use does not require a cloud account. If you enabled cloud sync, you can request deletion of your GreenKeeper cloud account and workspace records.

Before you request deletion

  • Export any records you need to keep for your business.
  • Cancel active Google Play subscriptions separately in Google Play.
  • Understand that deleting cloud data does not automatically delete local data stored on your device.
  • Include the email address used for GreenKeeper sign-in so we can verify the request.

Request deletion

Email privacy@bluesparrow.dev with the subject GreenKeeper account deletion.

After reasonable verification, cloud account and workspace records will be deleted or anonymized where required. Backup copies and operational logs may take additional time to expire according to provider retention practices.
