GreenKeeper

Terms of Use

These terms explain the rules for using GreenKeeper, a local-first route, visit, photo, invoice, and external payment record app operated by Blue Sparrow.

Last updated: May 25, 2026

Eligibility and account use

You may use GreenKeeper for lawful personal business, professional, or internal record-keeping purposes if you can agree to these terms and are at least 16 years old or the minimum age required where you live.

Permitted use

You may use GreenKeeper to manage customers, service locations, recurring plans, routes, checklists, visit notes, photos, invoice PDFs, external payment instructions, manual payment status, exports, and optional backup or sync.

Not permitted

  • Do not store card numbers, bank login credentials, payment processor tokens, or customer payment credentials.
  • Do not process customer payments inside GreenKeeper.
  • Do not upload content you do not have permission to use.
  • Do not attempt unauthorized access to accounts, workspaces, records, media, or infrastructure.

Customer data responsibility

You control the customer and property information you enter. You are responsible for customer permissions, privacy notices, accurate records, shared invoices, property photos, access notes, and how your business uses the data.

Outdoor service boundaries

GreenKeeper is a workflow and record-keeping tool. It does not provide legal, tax, accounting, chemical, safety, pesticide, payroll, employment, official route-risk, or payment compliance advice.

Payments and invoices

Invoices can include your own external payment instructions, and you can record manual payment status. GreenKeeper does not provide card collection, ACH initiation, wallet payments, payment processor tokens, automatic authorization, or automatic reconciliation.

Subscriptions and premium features

GreenKeeper may offer free and premium features. Purchases, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled through Google Play and subscription providers such as RevenueCat. Canceling premium access does not delete local device data.

Cloud sync availability

Core field work is designed to continue locally. Cloud features depend on internet access, Firebase, RevenueCat, the GreenKeeper backend, private media storage, and other third-party infrastructure.

Ending use and deletion

You may stop using GreenKeeper at any time. Depending on your feature set, you can delete local app data, export records, request cloud account or workspace deletion, and manage subscriptions through Google Play.
